Warda & ...Her Credit Cards !!



Guys and Gals

I have a problem ....I love using my credit cards, I'm known to be a spender , I love shopping and for some reason it feels better to buy stuff with my credit cards, I dont have a problem with paying all my debts ...but I hate doing it :) hehehehe
and the problem is my American express card limit was increased and I didn't know until today when I got my statement ...and I spent A LOT OF $$$$ , ba6een chabdi why no one has told me of this sudden increase ...I was shopping oo ga3da agool 7ag nafsii waaaaaaaaw still 3indi limit wanasa because the card was not declined wella ehma 7alaya ewoyoohom zaydeen the limit without informing me !!... I mean im thankful (Mashkooreeen AMEX) but who's gonna pay it now!? ...akeed ANA :(

    Oh My GOD WARDA dont even get me started with American express! I hate them! Im officially leaving them sooon inshalla they're pissing me off. They made HUGE mistakes more than once with my statement. Ya3ni ygoloonli you have a credit and we owe you ba3dain faj2a they realize that I am the one who owes them and BAAAM im slammed with a HUGE bill! Last time I went to them and I checked myself on something and I told them tara HEYYYY ma 3a6aitkm flooskum I OWE YOU not you owe me! Wil mushkila ana nafsich I love shopping oo ma7i66 bali shkithir Im spending so if someone says they owe me money or I owe them madri whats right I just do whatever they tell me!

    You are so right, credit cards could ruin us.

    2 freinds of mine were so upset at the Wa6any for increasing the credit limit.. without their approval. To me: my freind's reaction were sooo ODD
    i know you have diff. opinion about this, but this increase considered as the banks' way of appreciatioin their customer.. in return to his/her discipline.. i know other ppl may consider it clear rip-off by the bank as to spoil its customer and make them use more & depends on their credit .. & as result, customer endup paying so much more than what he/she anticipated.

    I agree with Hitman. we MUST be causious when dealing with CREADITS. as for me? I deal with my credit cards AS I DEAL WITH REAL MONEY/CASH.

    The beggist mistak u guys did is that you depends on the card's limit and use it as an indicator that tells you: YOU HAVE REACHED THE LIMIT! this is totally wrong.

    Even worse, AMEX issued from U.S. is totally diffrent from the ones issued locally or Bahrain. In U.S., they don't set limits to clients & assign him/here "No Pre-Set Limit" which means that they depends on customer's payments behavior

    my problem though, i just hate paying for things in CASH!! galbee e3awernee lol.. so i'm fooling myself with plastic.. actually i don't feel the same guilt as when paying in cash

    So just watch out for your spending and pay attention to you card balance to avoid any future.. surprices :)

    7ata ana they've done so many mistakes with my statement, the problem is the people working in AMEX Kuwait are not proffesional at all, I'm always calling Bahrain to complain !!! kela agooool I'm going to cancel the card but then I remember how much I enjoy shopping so I change my mind :(

    I understand that AMEX increased my limit because im a good client, but I think it would be better if they would only inform us :)

    انا دقت علي مالت البنك الوطني، يافلان ترا ماتكلف، كلها ببلاش، انت منت خسران، وردي كان مابيها :)، لمدة ربع ساعة وهي تحاول فيني اني اخذ الفيزا.

    واذا تبين نصحيتي، كسريهم ... وسددي المطلوب، أو خليهم بالبيت ولا تاخذينهم معاج.
